4softhr is built by a mixed team of product engineers with HR tech experience, former HR managers who used SAP SuccessFactors, Personio and BambooHR first-hand, and designers who keep the interface clean. All based in Romania.

We manage employee files, monthly time tracking, Revisal, AI recruiting and performance reviews for SRLs, PFAs and startups in Romania. The difference from other HR platforms: repeatable work (time tracking, leave approvals, Revisal deadline notifications) is automated; the HR manager focuses on people, not administration.

All employee data is visible in real time: up-to-date timesheets, leave balances, Revisal status, recruiting pipeline. No hidden costs: monthly price is fixed, no per-employee surcharge for every new hire.
Data in the EU
Employee data stays on servers inside the European Union, GDPR-compliant. No export to the US, no replication on American infrastructure — regardless of plan.

AI scores CVs and proposes a recruiting shortlist, but final decisions (hiring, evaluation, promotion) remain with the managers — 4softhr facilitates, it does not replace human judgement.
