How the CV-scoring AI works
When you create the job you define the requirements (years of experience, required and desirable skills, education level, salary range). The AI analyses each CV against these criteria and returns a 0–100 score with a point-by-point rationale. It doesn't read the name, age or gender — only relevant skills and experience. HR sees the ranked shortlist and can adjust criteria weighting for future jobs. The final decision to advance or reject stays with HR — the AI assists, it doesn't replace.
Candidate pipeline — from application to offer
Every candidate moves through the stages configured by HR (Applied → Screening → HR Interview → Technical Interview → Offer → Hired). Advancing a stage automatically triggers the corresponding email (interview invitation, date/time confirmation). Structured feedback after each interview (filled in by the interviewer from a direct link) is added automatically to the candidate's profile. At the end of the process, the CIM and the job description are pre-filled with the candidate's data — HR checks, signs electronically, and the file moves into onboarding.
Integration with onboarding and the employee file
The hired candidate becomes an employee in 4softhr with no data re-entry: the CV, the accepted offer, the generated CIM and the job description flow automatically into the new employee's HR file. Time tracking is activated from the start date; access grants (email, tools) are notified via 4notify.net. The manager receives a pre-filled onboarding checklist — equipment, access, buddy, induction sessions.
